Research: Dr. Li is investigating the molecular biology of Epstein-Barr virus infection and developing recombinant viruses that lack individual virus envelope glycoproteins. The goal of the research is to understand the roles that the glycoproteins play in entry and assembly of Epstein-Barr virus.
