The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required of all applicants. The applicant should inform the Educational Testing Service to have his/her official GRE scores forwarded to School of Graduate Studies, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, 1501 Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA 71130. The code number for our program is R 6356 and the sub code for Microbiology and Immunology is 0212.

Applicants also are urged to mail a photocopy of their GRE scores to the Department to assure that the Department is informed of their GRE scores. Information about the Graduate Record Examination may be obtained by writing to the Educational Testing Service, Princeton, New Jersey 08541.
